Services

Each congregation has a unique set of opportunities, leadership, relationships and assets. Our Capital Campaign Program is designed to leverage the leadership strengths of a congregation with the coaching and experience of a consultant to provide cost sensitive and effective outcomes for a congregation's vision and ministry.

HELPING CONGREGATIONS RAISE FUNDS AND STRENGTHEN MINISTRY

“God is able to provide you with every blessing in abundance, so that by always having enough of everything you may share abundantly in every good work.”
2 Corinthians 9:8

Capital Campaign Services Net strengthens congregations by helping them raise funds and experience renewal in mission.

Our roots are in campaign ministry started over 40 years ago by Lutheran pastor Quentin Garmen, who believed that congregations needed a cost sensitive, Gospel focused and competent capital campaign program that used the congregation's own leadership to grow its mission.

Today, Capital Campaign Services Network  carries on this tradition known as Stewardship Key Leader!

Capital Campaign Services Net provides exceptional value to ELCA congregations, as well as serving congregations from other faith traditions. We achieve professional results at a fraction of the cost of other campaign services providers.

We use a time-tested, proven program rooted in biblical stewardship principles that inspires generosity and teaches the joy of giving. Prayer and Scripture are at the heart of the program.

We believe that our generous God calls us to generous lives and that the financial life of God’s people flows from faith and contributes to spiritual growth.

We provide professional, cost sensitive and effective capital campaign consulting services for congregations that want to raise funds for a building project, debt reduction or expanded ministry.

Our Program

Professional coaching, guidance and stewardship principles are hallmarks of Capital Campaign Services Net.  Here are the foundations of the program.

Inform

Your Capital Campaign Consultant will  learn about your congregation, your needs, ministry vision and goals.  Your consultant will work with your campaign team to lay the groundwork for an effective campaign. Congregational leaders will be trained for their roles, and key elements of your campaign will be determined.

Inspire

For "Kickoff Weekend," your consultant will be onsite, meeting with the leadership team, providing materials, training and walking through the campaign plan and timeline. Your consultant will preach to kick off the campaign theme and purpose at your regular worship services.

Immerse

During this multi-week phase, the congregation, following the leadership of your Campaign Team, will be focused on the ministry, vision and campaign purpose. Through sermons, prayer, mailings, social media, small group conversations and more, members will be invited to celebrate your ministry vision and to consider participating  in the campaign.

Invite

Your consultant will join you on-site for Commitment Sunday to preach and invite members to support the appeal and ministry vision. Gifts and pledges will be gathered in worship and celebrated as an "act of worship."

Include
A time of followup is provided for others beyond your congregation’s worship attendees who should be included in the appeal. Your consultant will provide follow-up training and guidance for the duration of the entire campaign.

Steward Leaders

Our consultants are committed to growing, supporting and strengthening your congregation's leaders.

Biblical Stewardship

The CCS program will provide your congregation with a selected stewardship book to encourage discussion and learning around biblical stewardship principles.

Follow Through

Our program includes assistance for congregational leaders as you continue to encourage and guide giving throughout the duration of the campaign.

A Journey Together

Your consultant will continue to be available for questions and coaching after Commitment Weekend. Periodic calls for celebration, a quick question and sharing of concerns is a part of our commitment to supporting congregations in their vital ministry.
